  • 1 Cup of Rolled Oats (whole).
  • 3 tbsp Flaxseed, ground.
  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cherries (dried) or Dried Cranberries.
  • 1/4 cup Honey.
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract.
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Coconut (unsweetened).
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter (Natural).
  • 1 Cup of unsalted Sunflower seeds.
  • 2 tbsp Water (optional).

  • Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Make sure your hands are clean and take a handful of the mixture and roll into a ball
    • The ball should fit easily into the palm of your hand.
  • Once the mixture has all be used, place the peanut butter balls into the fridge to harden
  • Take one of the peanut butter balls….and enjoy!
